Love is an interesting thing. Most people say that they have to have it. So they'll be together with someone forever. Me? I avoid it like the plague. Sure it's because someone in love burns, and I mean that almost quite literally, but it doesn't change the fact that I do.

I love certain things. Good shoes, cute outfits, rich food, and a rough round of bedroom play. But loving an actual person? Never gonna happen. Just not in the cards for my family, what with being what we are.

For my family, love is nothing but trouble and pain waiting to happen.

	My current opinion is that the idea of love is vastly overrated anyway. I will take lust over a 'deep emotional connection' any day. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	My favorites tend to be on the negative end of the spectrum, pain in particular. There are so many flavors of pain too. I never find it to be boring. (Reply to this) (Parent)
